Here it is. The painting I have been talking about. It has been a while, but this is what has been sitting on my hard drive for the past 7 months. Today I finally got around to finishing it.

I'm very happy with the final product and I hope you guys enjoy it. If anyone feels like writing a little story go right ahead. You can interpret it anyway you want.

Very nice job, Mikey Z.! I have to say my favorite part of this piece would definitely be the painterly clouds. Strangely, they remind me of something Van Gogh-esque, despite the misty, melty look. Beauuuuutiful! :glomp: :heart:

Wow, this caught my eye in the thumbnails immediately (subscription is good =P) The clouds and the sea are spectacular, the trees are a little weird and the perspective of the girl ain't quite right, and maybe the glow around the sun can be more blurred/diffused.

You should be happy about this, it's very beautiful. :D

That landscape is just fantastic!!! ... But... i think it's not the perspective... I think the girl is a bit too big for the the background... just because she seems to be on the water (right?)...

anyway... Kickass work! :D
